PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal device, capable of highly preventing a feeling of wrongness from being caused in operation on an accelerator and preventing an excessive load from exerting on an accelerator pedal shaft. SOLUTION: The accelerator pedal device has an accelerator pedal arm 1 which is pivotally supported on a housing 4 and oscillated by an accelerator operation, a liner 3 set near the fulcrum of the accelerator pedal arm 1, a hysteresis lever 5 provided with flexibility, engaged in the housing 4 intersecting the accelerator pedal arm 1 as well as provided with a part to be slid 5a sliding on the liner 3, and a spring 9 which is installed between the opposite side of the power point to which the accelerator operation force is applied for the fulcrum of the accelerator pedal arm 1 in the accelerator pedal arm 1 and the opposite side of a part with which the hysteresis lever 5 is engaged for the part to be slid at the hysteresis lever 5, generating the reaction force and hysteresis load by expanding according to the oscillation of the accelerator pedal arm 1.
