PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a seamless endless member without variance for a long time as a photosensitive base body for forming an image by facilitating the peeling of the seamless endless member manufactured by using a cylindrical metal base die. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for flexible endless member 12, precipitated film peeling starting parts 15 and 16 for having a pointed shape are formed on the cylindrical metal base die, and the endless member 12 is precipitated by the electric casting using this cylindrical metal base die. An outline of the precipitated film peeling starting parts is covered with an insulating material.
