PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer-face resin clad steel tube which exerts long-term adhesion durability, especially hot-water-proof between the outer-face covering resin layer and the steel tube in the low-temperature covering condition. SOLUTION: In a steel tube provided with a resin clad layer on its outer face through a adhesive layer, and outer-face resin-covered steel tube in which the adhesive layer has denatured polyolefin copolymer having a functional group shown by the formula 1 as its main component. R1 to R3 are each alkoxyl group or halogen atom. |
