PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display medium which performs information display by moving the charge particles placed in an electric field by electric field control and more particularly the information display medium which is excellent in weatherability, visibility, low electric power consumption, environmental properness and portability. SOLUTION: The information display medium which performs information display by moving the charge particles placed in the electric field by the electric field control contains a dyestuff compound synthesized from a p- phenylenediamine of a specific structure and its substitution product.
