PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of fuel injection valve of a type that has a coil part and an injection valve body produced as separate bodies, in which the axial movement of the coil part can not be restricted. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve comprises a pipe 3, a valve holder 6 fixed to a lower end of the pipe 3, a coil part 4 circularly engaged on an outer circumference of the pipe 3 and having an axially extended protruded part 43 on an outer circumferential surface, and a housing plate 5 provided along an outer circumferential surface of the coil part 4 to circumferentially hold both side surfaces of the protruded part 43, with an upper end part 50 being fixed to the pipe 3, and a lower end part 51 to the valve holder 6; in the coil part 4, at least one of both side surfaces of the protruded part 43 is formed as an axially inclined inclination side surface 45; and for the housing plate 5, the upper end part 50 is fixed to the pipe 3, and the lower end part 51 to the valve holder 6, at a position, where axial move of the coil part 4 is restricted when both side surfaces of the protruded part 43, are pinched from the circumferential direction.
