PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of being improved in wear- resistant performance and wetting performance, without being deteriorated in processability nor hardness in a low strain region, and further capable of preventing the wetting performance from being deteriorated after used for a long time. SOLUTION: This rubber composition contains a mixed-type filler comprising carbon black and silica, wherein the rubber composition is given by adding not less than 4 pts.wt. of a resin to 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component which contains styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber and not less than 40 wt.% of butadiene rubber.
