PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component aligning and supplying device for supplying components while substantially aligning the components in line capable of fully exhibiting functions thereof without changing a sash member installed in order to convey the components while aligning the components on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body of the aligning and supplying device even when a shape or a size of the component is different to some degree. SOLUTION: This device 10 is provided with a cylindrical body 24 installed in a state of tilting, the plural spiral sash members 35 attached onto an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 24, and a delivery height change means A for changing delivery height of the components 36 delivered. The components 36 supplied to the cylindrical body 24 slide down while aligning on the spiral sash members 35 and are delivered from an opening 44 at a front part side.
