PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic liquid for using shortly after cleansing which is effective in reducing freckles, acnes, senile pigment freckles by aging and birthmarks by nature, i.e., squamous maculae. SOLUTION: The cosmetic liquid is prepared by charging 12-17 pts.wt. of dry Curcuma longa powder, 32-46 pts.wt. of dry Curcuma zedoaria powder, 0.36-0.53 pt.wt. of dry Curcuma aromatica powder and 2.3-3.3 pts.wt. of dry Japanese tangle powder into 100 pts.wt. of a sweet sake for cooking and being filtered to obtain the cosmetic liquid after keeping left and aged at the ordinary temperature for the required days. The cosmetic liquid is soaked on the face by tapping on the face using a cotton piece immersed with the cosmetic liquid after cleansing the face.
