PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplying device for a planar storage medium, an imaging device for a synthetic resin plate and a medium storage means capable of rightly storing the planar storage medium at a prescribed position and in a prescribed direction into a medium storing part or storing the medium storage means in an aligned state of a hole of the medium storage means. SOLUTION: A positioning unit 140 positioning the position of an outer edge part of an optical card C at a desired position and storing the optical card C by exactly aligning a hole C0 of the optical card C at a clamping position of an arm 10 for supply is mounted at the inside of a medium holder 120a for supply provided within a medium supply box 11 of a supplying part. The positioning unit 140 is constituted of a circular-shaped bottom plate 141, a frame- shaped upper plate 142, a regulating plate 143 and four regulating shafts 144, 145, 146 and 147. The regulating plate 143 and the four regulating shafts 144, 145, 146 and 147 are capable of shifting a regulating position of an outer extended part of the optical card C to be stored as desired.
