PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer spouting device capable of reliably preventing 'bubbles-beating' phenomenon and 'crab bubbles' phenomenon, and uniformly spouting fine and creamy beer bubbles by reliably suppressing the impact of beer bubbles spouted from a beer bubble spouting nozzle against the level of beer present in a vessel such as a jug. SOLUTION: A cap member 30 integrally comprising a plate-like shielding part 44 substantially orthogonal to the spouting direction of beer bubbles spouted from the beer bubble spouting nozzle 28, and a plurality of elliptical bubble discharge holes 46 for discharging beer bubbles in the direction different from the beer bubble spouting direction (the direction substantially orthogonal to the spouting direction) at a fitting part 45 fitted to the beer bubble spouting nozzle 28 is attached to a spouting end part of the beer bubble spouting nozzle 28.
