PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an excellent heat-insulating performance even with a clad metal without generating troubles by processing. SOLUTION: A vacuum space section 9 is formed at a section between a first sheet 3 and a second sheet 4 wherein intermediate metal materials 5a and 5b are not formed. Also, the second sheet 4 made of the clad metal 2 is expanded to the outside, and a housing recess 7 is formed, in which a gas adsorbing substance 8, which adsorbs a gas generated in the vacuum space section 9, is housed.
