PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a generation point of fatigue failure, be capable of properly selecting a material shape suitable to the generated stress, and enhance a freedom degree of design. SOLUTION: A stabilizer is formed by connecting a twisted part 2 and arm parts, which are manufactured by dividing only the straight part of the stabilizer 1, or the twisted part 2 and arm part bodies 3 at joint parts 4 after dividing the arm parts into the arm part bodies 3 and the joint parts 4 constituting bent parts of the stabilizer 1.
