SOLUTION: In the air conditioner, cold or hot air can be supplied to space 51 for air-conditioning a building and the inside 55 of ceiling in the space, and at the same time cold or hot air is supplied into the ceiling at night for cooling or heating the building frame 54 of the building to perform building frame heat storing operation for carrying out cold or heat storage to the building frame.
