PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic separation apparatus by which the separation state of a raw-material substance can be confirmed even when a fluorescent marker or the like is not put on the raw-material substance, by which the raw-material substance can be separated with high accuracy and by which the separated substance can be recovered easily. SOLUTION: The separation state of the raw-material substance 4 in an electrophoretic operation is observed by a pH sensor array 18, and the separation state by the electrophoretic operation can be grasped on the basis of a pH gradient obtained by the pH sensor array 18. |
