PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel which uses a stimulable phosphor superior in sharpness, without unevenness of image. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel is composed of a fluorescent body sheet, having a stimulable phosphor body layer on a support body, and a moisture-proof protection film arranged above and below the fluorescent body sheet to cover the whole surface of the fluorescent body sheet. The surface roughness of a resin layer of the outermost layers on the side contacting the fluorescent body sheet as regulated by JIS B 061 and the surface roughness of the fluorescent body are respectively 0.10μm<=Ra<=1.00μm and 0.10μm<=Rt<=2.50μm. Sm value of the surface of the resin layer of the outermost layer is 50μm-500μm.
