PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing machine for a ferrule capable of performing many types of machining regardless of a material group so as to expand a machining range, obtaining high machining accuracy in a short time, and improving productivity. SOLUTION: First and second spindle stocks 3a, 3b rotatably supporting a first spindle 5a and a second spindle 5b so that a first spindle chuck 4a and a second spindle chuck 4b are opposite to each other on the same axis are capable of moving forward and backward on the axis of the spindle. The first spindle 5a and the second spindle 5b are formed of hollow bodies whose rear ends are opened to be communicated with the first and second spindle chucks 4a, 4b, whereby machining at a third tool holder can be performed simultaneously with machining in axial directions of the spindles 5a, 5b with machining tools of the first and second tool holders 12a, 12b passed through the hollow holes of the first spindle 5a or second spindle 5b.
