PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical inorganic oxide particles having good dispersability and flowability and high active surfaces. SOLUTION: The spherical inorganic oxide particles having a double layer structure, which is composed of the core part containing silica as the main component and a coated layer of complex oxides containing silica and titania as the main components.
