PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily wearable sash padding in view of the fact that one of the reasons of Kimono's being disliked recently is that the chest is pressed by tightening a sash and thereby an action becomes very difficult; since a conventional sash padding is of straight-line design, the belly and the chest are evenly tightened, therefore the chest has been inevitably pressed; although there is a modified sash padding whose mechanism comprises attaching a sponge or the like onto the underside of a sash padding so as to relax the chest, the mechanism tends to make the sash slip down. SOLUTION: This sash padding has the following construction: a curved design in its cutting contributes to tightening no chest; the face cloth is made of a slippery material because a sash is turned to the backside after it is tied at the front side, the material being also cushionable so as not to damage the sash; the lining cloth is made of a hard-to-slip material for preventing the Kimono from losing its shape after worn. This sash padding is fixed at a position under the left side with a velero tape since the sash is tied at the front side and then turned to the backside clockwise.
