PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating method and electrodeposition coating equipment capable of assuring the adequate film thickness of materials to be coated and the appearance of coating films. SOLUTION: The electrodeposition coating equipment having an electrodeposition tank for storing an electrodeposition liquid, a conveyor and hangers for transferring the materials to be coated into the electrodeposition tank, electrodes for electrodeposition coating of the materials to be coated and voltage impressing means is equipped with a first power feed bar which is capable of impressing a set voltage to the materials to be coated which are conveyed in the electrodeposition liquid and a second power feed bar which is capable of impressing a fluctuating voltage to the materials to be coated while at least portions of the materials to be coated are begun to emerge from the electrodeposition liquid in the electrodeposition tank before the materials to be coated nearly completely emerge from the tank.
