PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold using a molding compound high in the content ratio of a base material and low in flowability at the time of molding in the molding of a large-sized thin panel-shaped molded product to easily mold the large-sized thin panel-shaped molded product with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding the large-sized thin panel-shaped molded product with a plane size of 200 cm<2> or more and a thickness of 2.5 mm or less from a thermosetting resin molding compound prepared by adding 70-90 wt.% of graphite to the whole of a molding material as a base material, the clearance of the mold is 0.15-0.3 mm.
