PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soy bean container in which seasoning material or some materials for seasoning and the like are not contaminated by fermented soy bean, its sealed state can be opened without contaminating hands, its quality is not deteriorated by a high temperature of the soy bean caused by fermentation of the soy bean, a covering film can be eliminated, and a product manufacturing line can be simplified. SOLUTION: This fermented soy bean container is comprised of a container main body having its sectional shape formed into a substantial notch-shape, and a lid capable of opening or closing an upper opening segment of the container main body. A flat surface segment of the lid is formed with some steps on which a bottom surface of the container main body can be mounted, and further formed with a sealed material storing notch opened in a direction of the container main body. A bottom surface of the flat surface segment of the sealed material storing notch is formed to have such a depth as one in which it may abut against the upper portions of the soy beans stored in the container main body and not covered with a film covering sheet, and further some sealed materials such as a seasoning material or the like having seasoning liquid and spicery or the like stored therein are removably stored in the sealed materials storing notch. |
