GREEN COFFEE EXTRACT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green coffee extract which is of utility value as a natural pigment showing a clear green color tone and to provide a manufacturing method for the green coffee extract which can reduce issues regarding waste treatment. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the green coffee extract which has features having a washing process to do a boiling washing of coffee beans in water and to separate residues of the coffee beans from the washing liquid and an extracting process to do a boiling extracting of the residues of the coffee beans in water after the washing process and to separate the extraction liquid from the residues of the coffee beans, and the green coffee extract manufactured by the manufacturing method are provided.
