PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-wire sealing structure which can ensure a high sealing property even when an external force or heat is applied. SOLUTION: A metal seal member 29 is internally fitted to a communication part 33 of an outer tube 23, and it is laser-welded from the outside of the outer tube 23 so as to be bonded. Lead-wire insertion and passage holes 35 are bored in the member 29, and each hole 35 has a taper shape whose diameter is identical near the rear end side as the outside of the sensor and whose diameter becomes large toward the tip side from its center. Fluororubber stoppers 39 through which lead wires 19 are passed are fitted to the holes 35. That is to say, each rubber stopper 39 is fitted to each hole 35 of each member 29, a gap between each lead wire 19 and each rubber stopper 39 and a gap between each rubber stopper 39 and each member 29 are closed completely by the elastic force of each rubber stopper 39. |
