PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a double-side adhesive capable of strongly and stably adhering to a substrate having ruggedness, and free from peeling. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises an acrylic polymer 11 and particles 12 having size capable of entering at least a part of the particles to a dent part of the adherend. The maximum diameter of the particles is preferably in the range of 10-90% of the minimum diameter of the dent part in a plane view to smoothly insert the resin composition into the dent part of the adherend through the particles 12. The resin composition preferably includes a photo curable compound, a vinyl compound and a photo initiator on the standpoint to enhance the adherence with the adherend. The double-sided adhesive member comprises a sticky layer 1 mainly comprising the prescribed resin composition or comprises the sticky layer 3, 4 mainly comprising the resin composition to at least a side of a substrate B.
