PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed and highly accurate measurement by simple operation, achieve compactness and portability, and perform fully automatic measurement. SOLUTION: This fluorescence measuring device is provided with a cell 2 for measurement obtained by incorporating a non-fluorescent carrier 1 made of a fiber body in a channel provided for a support made of a light-transmitting material, a cell holder 8 to which the cell 2 for measurement can be attached, a light emitting means 10 for irradiating a cell 7 for measurement with a light beam 9 to excite fluorescence in a fluorescent labeled body held by the non- fluorescent carrier 1 in the channel, and a detecting means 12 for detecting fluorescence 28 excited in the fluorescent labeled body.
