PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating medium circuit, in which a selector-valve count in the whole circuit is reduced. SOLUTION: In a heating medium circuit 10, pumps 14, 34 are provided respectively downstream of a cold heat source 12, and a hot heat source 32 as a heat source device, a three-way selection valve 16, 36 are installed respectively downstream of the pumps 14, 34. Output units 18, 38 are provided downstream of the valves 16, 36 respectively, and cushion tanks 20, 40 are provided respectively downstream thereof. The tanks 20, 40 are connected with a bypass pipe 44, at each predetermined height in the sidewall of the tanks 20, 40. When the volume of the heating medium 50 in the respective tanks 20, 40 has reached at least a predetermined height, the heating medium 50 passes though the bypass 44.
