PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of deteriorating a gloss and a slippage of the fiver, causing a creaking of the fiber and incapable of controlling a volume thereof when an antistatic treatment is applied thereto in conventional fiber treating agents. SOLUTION: This composition for the fiber treating agent comprises 0.8-2.5 pts.wt. of liquid paraffin, 2.0-5.5 pts.wt. of a quaternary ammonium salt-type cationic activator and 1.0-3.5 pts.wt. of a polyoxyethylene-type nonionic activator.
