PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable memo tool by which a user can take a note while holding a cellular phone to memorize indoors or outdoors, or even during walking, and also can check the memo repeatedly, thereby solving such conventional inconveniences the user has experienced as using one hand for holding a memo pad, address note, schedule list and note book taken out of a cloth or a bag while having to use the other hand for holding a writing implement occupying his both hands. SOLUTION: A space saving portable memo tool makes use of arm surrounding by housing a memo pad, address note, schedule list or notebook in between a twofold arm winding band.
