PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device capable of automatically and delicately changing an operation mode of a wiper according to rainfall. SOLUTION: This wiper control device 1 has an operation decision means for controlling an output circuit 10 so as to make a wiper motor 4 perform a high speed continuous operation when intermittent time corrected by an arithmetic means is below a first threshold value, to make the wiper motor 4 perform a low speed continuous operation when the corrected intermittent time is larger than the first threshold value and smaller than a second threshold value and to make the wiper motor 4 perform an intermittent operation by the corrected intermittent time when the corrected intermittent time is more than the second threshold value.
