PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability and high sensitivity in which the photosensitive layer is little influenced when a protective layer is applied on the photosensitive layer, cracks are hardly produced, high picture quality is maintained, the potential does not change even for repeated use, to provide an electrophotographic method by using the above electrophotographic photoreceptor, and to provide an electrophotographic device having the above electrophotographic photoreceptor and a process cartridge to be used for the electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having an organic photoconductive photosensitive layer which is operated by positive electrification, a photosensitive layer, a first protective layer and a second protective layer are successively formed directly on a conductive supporting body or with a base coating layer interposed. The protective layer contains an electron moving material and a filler. The resin used for the first protective layer contains a polyamide resin soluble with an alcohol solvent. The resin used for the second protective layer is a resin except for a polyamide resin soluble with an alcohol solvent. The photosensitive layer is a single layer type or function separation type layer.
