PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator block for an optical functional module, a block by which the position and direction of oppositely facing collimators can be easily modulated and by which errors, if any, can be adjusted. SOLUTION: As a means for modulating optical axes between oppositely facing collimators which are held on the holding members 103, 103' on a base 104, there are provided a fixing screw for fixing the holding members on the base and an adjusting screw for adjusting the position and/or the direction of the holding members.
