PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip preventive tool such as a holding hook and a strap by which a button operation can be performed while a cellular phone is being housed in a holder, and which can be used both for the arm and the waist, and also, can be attached to a carrying article such as a bag, and can prevent a natural removal even when being reversely turned, and a safety strap for the dropping when the holder is attached/detached to/from the arm. SOLUTION: A telephone is held by a hook 1, and the telephone is pinched by both ends of a strap 2 through the hook 1. By this method, the hook 1 is formed into a C-shape using a steel wire, and is inserted in and attached to a through hole of an arm belt 4. Then, the protruding direction of the hook 1 is changed to the outside and the inside, and thus, the hook 1 can be used for both of the arm and the waist. Also, a through hole is provided on the surface of a carrying article such as a bag, and the hook 1 is attached. The end section of the strap 2 is formed into a ring-shape in order to insert the telephone, and a partial stretchability is added to an intermediate section by jointly using a stretchable material 3. Also, to prevent dropping from occurring at the time of attaching/detaching to/from the arm, a stretchable string 5 having a detachable connecting utensil, which connects both ends of the arm belt 4, is attached, and is used as an auxiliary utensil for a snap button 6 for connection or the like at the time of wearing.
