PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a picking plate from sliding when removing a molding lid after a cylindrical cosmetic is formed by melted cosmetic solidification in a molding lid having a picking plate engaged with the upper end of the accommodating tube of a drawing out container in which a cylindrical cosmetic with a large diameter is formed within a drawing out container by melted cosmetic filling. SOLUTION: An oblong hole 56 for preventing sliding is bored in the central portion of a picking plate 55 rising from the surface of a molding lid 51 engaged with the upper end of an accommodating tube 34 of the container.
