PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal equipment which prevents a garbage disposal material from getting cloggy with breaking out of water contained in the garbage immediately after charging the garbage. SOLUTION: This invention is related to a garbage disposal equipment which operates a decomposition disposal of the garbage by throwing the garbage into a garbage disposal tank 1 filled up with a garbage disposal material. The garbage disposal equipment has a stirring means 2 to stir the garbage disposal material, and is provided with at least a strong operation mode, a standard operation mode and a weak operation mode as a decomposition disposal operation. A stirring frequency is eatablished to reduce in turn of the strong operation mode, the standard operation mode and the weak operation mode. The stirring frequency is reduced for a fixed time immediately after throwing the garbage at the garbage decomposition disposal operation in the strong operation mode.
