PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe chemical-evaporating body for long-term evaporation, capable of uniformly heating a chemical-including body including the chemical, capable of suppressing the thermal decomposition of the chemical, the clogging of the chemical-including body and the like, having an excellent effective rate of evaporation, and capable of stably evaporating the chemical over a long time, and further to provide a heating and evaporating device for the long-term evaporation. SOLUTION: This chemical-evaporating body 1 for the long-term evaporation comprises a molded container 3 of a synthetic resin, having an opening part 6, and a chemical-including body 2 held in the interior of the container 3. The chemical is evaporated by placing the chemical-evaporating body 1 on a heater 11 of a heating device 10 to indirectly heat the chemical-including body through a space S present between a bottom plate 9 at the lower part of the chemical- including body 2 and/or the chemical-including body 2, and the heater 11.
