PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely new lure capable of lengthening a flying distance, capable of enlarging the set range of a rate of sinking in water, and having stability of the posture and variety of movement in the water by making the lure heavier even when the volume is same as the conventional one, and further to provide a method for producing the lure. SOLUTION: This lure 1 has a buoyancy body 3 floatable on the water in the inside, and a body 2 is integrally molded with the buoyancy body 3 out of a molding material having the specific gravity heavier than that of the water so as to surround the buoyancy body 3. The method for producing the lure comprises a step for forming the buoyancy body 3, a step for setting the formed buoyancy body 3 at a desired position in a forming mold 7, and a step for molding the body 2 having the buoyancy body 3 in the inside by injecting the forming material into the forming mold 7 having the set buoyancy body 3.
