PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing tool or the like for an adhered part that is only small in environmental load and requires no special adhesive, and when the adhered part is released from an adherend it is devised in a way that the adhered part is never torn and there remains no adhesive after the adhered part is released. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a releasing tool to release or peel off adhered part from an adherend 50 on which an adhered part 60, namely, a releasing target is adhered thereon. It is provided with a rotary tool 10 having a rotor 10b of which surface contacting the adhered part is formed flat and a driving part 10a which rotates the rotor. This sort of constitution helps a stress to concentrate on the releasing surface between the adhesive and the adherend, resulting in not only an easy release at the interface but also a rare remaining of the adhesive on the adherend because the direction of a releasing force makes an access to the minimum direction where a release force is minimum.
