The outside wall construction has flat prefabricated wall elements (2) each fastened between two adjacent support elements (1). The wall elements have wooden boards (4) which on one longitudinal outer side of the wall elements are fastened to a support beam system (3) and thus form a closed outer facing (17). Plaster boards (5a,5b) are fastened to the support beam system on the opposite lying longitudinal inner side of the wall elements and thus form a closed inner facing (18). An insulation (6) is provided between the outer and inner facings.
