Circuit arrangement for use in linear interpolation of the arguments of sine and cosine signals arising from length and angle measurement sensors. The circuit can be integrated on a single chip. An input sinusoidal signal is inverted through 90 degrees an the resulting four signals applied to an ADC. Matching of the resistance values of the ADC provides for direct linearization of the impulse inputs.
