PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent microcapsule without deteriorating the quality by preventing formation of sludge flocs on inner walls of a tank. SOLUTION: In a microcapsule encapsulating an oily substance with polyurea- urethane resin film, a polyphosphate compound is added to the continuous phase as an emulsifying assisting agent.
