PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leukocyte elimination filter the decrease in performance of which due to sterilization using autoclave is minimal in a filter for selectively eliminating leukocytes from cell suspension liquid particularly blood. SOLUTION: The filter is characterized in that the content of an oligomer in the basic material of the filter is 1 volume % or less in the leukocyte elimination filter comprising a polymerized and condensed polymer basic material for filter that is coated with a hydrophilic polymer.
