PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide absorption goods good in absorption and prevention of leaking, and which can be comfortably put on, and which has good appearance. SOLUTION: This absorbent goods has an obverse face sheet 2, a reverse face sheet 3, and an absorption body 4. The sheet 2 is equipped with many solid opening holes 7. This sheet 2 and the absorption body 4 have each a groove 8 which is formed by being pressed and shrunk. There is an opening hole A at points Q1, Q2 adjacent to the groove 8, and an opening hole B at a point P which is apart from the groove 8 more that 10 mm. These holes A and B satisfy the following equatation (1) or (2). (1) (the diameter of the opening hole A)/(that of the opening hole B)=0.4-1.3 (2) (the degree of real circularity of the opening hole A/that of the opening hole B=0.9-1.1).
