HORIZONTAL TYPE DOUBLE SUCTION CYCLONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal type double suction cyclone which efficiently treats dust and sparks. SOLUTION: An exhauster is constituted of a cut-out cylinder which is formed by cutting out one part of the cylinder in parallel with the axial direction, discharge cylinders whose suction ports are opened on centers of the end parts of the cut-out cylinder and dust discharge cylinders which are disposed on side surfaces of the cut-out cylinder in the direction which intersects the axial direction. Contaminated air including the dust generated from a rotating grinding tool is taken in from a cut-out port of the cut-out cylinder, the contaminated air incorporated with the dust is subjected to a rotation along the inner surface of the cut-out cylinder and the dust is moved along the inner surface of the cylinder by a centrifugal force of the rotation.
