PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize cost reduction in a vehicle seat using a pan type cushion frame by reducing the number of parts, weight and the number of assembling steps altogether. SOLUTION: The cost reduction is made in a vehicle seat 1 with a glove compartment, which seat comprises a cushion frame 5 made of a pressed metal plate member, right and left rails 15 extending longitudinally on the lower surface thereof and a case 10 held by the rails 15 to be drawable thereon. The right and left rails 15 are formed by cutting and bending the portions of bottom plate of the cushion frame 5 such that they have substantially L-shaped cross sections and are confronted with each other at horizontal portions 15b thereof, which slidably support thereon flanges 11c provided at both sides of the case 10 to hold the same.
