PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish bank block of sea weed excellent in fixability of sea weeds, actively growing sea weeds, able to purify water due to living of microorganisms in its communicating pores and also excellent in environment conservation due to the prevention of occurrence of withered seashore. SOLUTION: A block body 4 is formed of a communicating pore-having water-permeable concrete block having trapezoidal side sections. The block body 4 has a sea weed growing member-storing section 6 in a dent state. The section 6 has an opening 6A on its upper side 4B, and the opening 6A can be closed with a lid 7 made of a water-permeable concrete. A concrete-made base 1 for placing the block body 4 on it has entering-and-exiting cross-shaped passes 2 which are located on its upper side 1B and open to its side faces 1C, and this enables that sea water can flow enter, and fishes and sell fishes can live there. The base 1, the block body 4, and the lid 7 are integrally linked together with anchor rods 3.
