摘要 The multi-layer nonwoven material has at least two layers. One layer is of synthetic organic fibers, and the outer layer is of glass fibers, with a urea or synthetic resin bonding. The two layers are needle bonded towards the glass fiber layer, so that synthetic fibers project through the glass fiber material surface, to be singed and form fused globules on the outer surface. The multi-layer nonwoven material has at least two layers. One layer is of synthetic organic fibers, and the outer layer is of glass fibers, with a urea or synthetic resin bonding. The two layers are needle bonded towards the glass fiber layer, so that synthetic fibers project through the glass fiber material surface, to be singed and form fused globules on the outer surface. The singeing uses a flame at a temperature of 800-1400 deg C. The needle bonding uses a mechanical needling in a density of 15-50 penetrations/cm<2>, or water jets at a pressure of 100-400 bar.
