PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for supplying stabilized potential and electric current to be concentrated on lesion of a patient by avoiding an instability of a potential therapeutic equipment and perform an effective treatment to the lesion by using a conductive carbon fiber structure suitable to the lesion and also efficiently maintaining the structure upon using it for treatment. SOLUTION: The potential therapeutic equipment is provided with a high electric potential generator 12, a main electrode 14 for applying a high voltage on a living body connected with the high potential generator through a coble and an opposite electrode 16 equipped with a charged and concentrated electrode structure located oppositely to the main electrode. The opposite electrode and the high potential generator are not required to be cabled.
