PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging control in which zero spacing is possible between a driving rotary body and a driven rotary body by using a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the recessed groove 123 formed on the end face 121 of a first member 12 that has a small thermal expansion coefficient and a high melting point, there is loosely fitted a projection 143 formed on the end face 141 of a second member 14 that has a large thermal expansion coefficient and a low melting point. After that, the second member 14 is rotated and pressurized against the first member 12, so that the first and the second member 12, 14 are friction welded to each other, in this method of jointing different kinds of materials. |
