PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for computer tomographic imaging capable of facilitating evaluation to a difference between images for functional image data and imaging data related to perfusion. SOLUTION: One embodiment of the invention is a method for facilitating analysis of a computer tomographic(CT) image. This method includes a step of collecting attenuation data of a patient by a CT imaging system, a step of reconfiguring the image of a patient by the collected attenuation data, a step of mapping intensity data from at least one sheet of reconfiguration image using color mapping showing the physiologic threshold to form a color image, and a step of displaying the color image. According to the embodiment of the invention, evaluation on a difference between images for the functional image data and the imaging data related to perfusion can be facilitated.
