PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device that is small size and doesn't need motive power and that is capable of being installed even in the midst of piping. SOLUTION: Both ends of multiple three pipes 1, 2, 3 of different diameters are partially covered with caps 4, 5 and multiple stirring bodies 15 are provided in the midst of water passages between each of the pipes. A plurality of pores, which alter the direction of water flow, are provided in the midst of the water passage and thus water is stirred by turbulent flow caused by the change of the direction of water flow.
